Sometimes it’s not the completed repair that brings a customer like me to write an excellent review of a business, but the commitment to doing right by customers when you give your word. This is what the manager, Mr. Dean, did for me after I had to take my car twice to his Broadview Hts’ dealership & unfortunately they were not able to find the problem. Their name is Christian Bros. and espouse Christian principles and I experienced how well this manager works by these principles.

Christian Brothers did a great job! What I was hoping was a small job turned into a big one. Andre took great pics and gave a great description in the write up. What was great was Clay reached out to the local dealer and found out it was under warranty. Well done guys! Would definitely recommend!

Very pleased with the service here. Guys were quick and when I had questions the tech had the answers. They were willing to take several long calls with my 3rd party warranty company in order to earn my business. Great bunch.

Everyone here that serviced my vehicle was kind, informative and professional. Pricing was reasonable. It is also very nice to have a concierge driver that took me home so I didn't have to wait there and then picked me up to get my car when it was done!
I used my AAA discount for 10% off, too!
I had an oil change, brake inspection, wipers and cabin filter replaced.

I was very pleased with the service I received at Christian Brothers. They fit me in for an oil change and didn’t try to sell me on a bunch of extra things. Everyone was kind and it was a cozy living room feel waiting room. My daughter was able to watch a show and I was able to use WiFi to work! Thank you Christian Brothers!

However, the owner of this business is needs to be extremely proud and thankful to have such a great staff! I was on my way back from Pennsylvania to Michigan when my radiator hose popped off and my truck overheated and because it was a Sunday all places were closed. So I called the shop and they got back to me promptly in the morning and we’re working on my car shortly after I brought it when I told him my situation and due to the nature of the problem, the diagnosis took some time but once the problem was found, they had me back on the road by 3 o’clock once again I’m extremely thankful and if I’m in the area, I will make sure I come here if I need anything
