I have Di2 shifting, and it failed on a bike I didn't buy from Bike Authority. The front derailer unit failed and needed replaced. Bike Authority was able to get a warranty approval from Shimano and replace this part( which hey happened to have in stock) in a couple of hours. What could have been either really expensive or a really lengthy repair was turned around in hours! Jess and the mechanics did a great job, and I am extremely thankful. Take your bike here. You will not be disappointed.

Honest and great quality bike shop. There was a special promo running on what I think really believe is my dream bike. Bike Authority has been selling Yamaha ebikes for a couple years. I went in and test drove a large Wabash RT and INSTANLY put a grand down on a small (My size.) Mr Hendrix was awesome A guy I could trust 100%. HE was not a normal guy. I talked to him on the phone. Asked if they were commission. He said no, but still find him when I come in there. I did and we had a great conversation about bikes, healthy stuff and all kinds of pleasant conversation. That is one thing I DONT get at other bike shops (That I drove past) I get "Just the facts" in and out. This was a cool experience. If they get it delivered and assembled before my camping trip 8 days after I bought it Ill have to edit this review. lol. Im not expecting that. Anyhow. I drove past 4 bike stores I know to come to this place and I'd do it again. Great pricing. Clean store, a great amount of products. A really nice shop area with two guys happily grinding away on bikes. Tons of accessories. I scanned a few prices.
Now you are probably going. "This guy is a shill" Nope totally not and Ill come up with a negative about this place. The location is very easy to get to via I77. BUT! it SUUCKS if you (like me) want to ride your new steed home (11 miles) Literally you are in Boomer Danger central with no bike lanes and What I call really dangerous roads. (im a 2000-3000 mile a year bike commuter on Strava) So weird location for a bike shop. Id call these roads Black Diamonds until you get to the metroparks or the CVNP. I may still ride it home and just haul southwest torward the metroparks (increasing my trip by 5 miles) or I may try to drop into the towpath to the ENE. Not sure.

Outstanding Experience at Bike Authority!
My wife and I recently bought our second set of bikes, and after being turned away by another local shop due to low inventory (and being told to come back next month), we were thrilled to discover Bike Authority. Mike and his team went above and beyond to help us. Not only did they have the exact models and sizes we were looking for, but they also made sure both bikes were perfectly fitted for us.
One of the bikes needed to be ordered, and the owner had it delivered within 48 hours and assembled the same day. Their commitment to customer service is top-notch, and we couldn't be happier with our new bikes. If you're looking for excellent service, quality bikes, and a team that truly cares about getting you what you need, I highly recommend Bike Authority.
We will definitely be returning for any future bike needs!

Fantastic experience! The customer service was outstanding. My husband took two bikes in for repairs, and they did an impeccable job. There was a minor billing error that they caught after he picked up the bikes. They promptly corrected it and didn't charge him due to the mix-up. Highly recommend this place! My husband actually wanted to give the 5 star review, but he had given them one 5-years ago so I decided to write one in his stead.

I Started cycling in 2010 and was a loyal customer of Bike Authority till July of 2022. But have never gone back. Over the years. I bought 2 road bikes & a MTN bike from them. They also did all the service, I could not do on my own including yearly tune ups or overhauls.
On a Friday in July I snapped a rear Derailer cable. I brought the bike in after my ride, around noon. They told me they could not repair the bike till the following Thursday or Friday. I explained that I had my yearly charity bike ride across Ohio the following week and that I really needed it done by end of business on Tuesday. I could not miss my charity ride. They said there was no way they could do it. I even offered to pay extra, which is a service they usually offer if you need something done quickly. The salesman/bike tech, told me I should go to a different bike shop to get it fixed.
I called another bike shop and explained the situation to the owner. He said he was very backed up, but did a lot of work for these charity rides and he would fix it for me. He actually had it done by the end of the next day, Saturday and only charged me half of the fee, They normally charge for a quick service. This new bike shop didn’t even know me, and I had never done business with them, but they treated me with respect and took care of me. So to say the least, I’m now a loyal customer at that bike shop and I have not been back to bike Authority.

Every single time I come to this store, I am just amazed at how polite the staff is how incredibly helpful they are, and how much value I get from the repairs that they do. You can see clearly that they are not just trying to rake you over the coals, I wish that my car dealer was like this. For some time I tried doing some my bicycle maintenance impairs myself from videos. I watched on YouTube but in the end these guys do so much better job than I ever could’ve done and do it for such a reasonable price that taking my business there is a complete no-brainer.
