I have used them for my fur family for years. Dr. Grossman has always been very knowledgeable and caring.

moved to this side of town 7 years ago and have been dreading finding a new vet. hands down, best vet I have ever been too! great service. took there time in talking with me and my husband about our 2 boys. able to call ahead and get meds to help calm them down for travel and for the exams. cannot recommend them enough!!!

Apple Hill has always been so accommodating and thoughtful with our 2 dogs, Roxy and Hoops. The care is top notch but is done respectfully for what you want or don't want for your pet. The treatments are affordable and you're never pressured into something you're not comfortable with.

There love and care for animals is transparent in the way they treat your pet. I've been taking my dog in for over a year. They have always been very helpful, friendly, and care about the overall well being of my dog. I showed up this week without an appointment because my dogs nail was bleeding. Without any question or waiting, the vet came right out to help. In no time she stopped the bleeding and had him back to normal. This is just one example of the exceptional service they'd provided every time we go in. I will continue to take my pets there and recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good vet that will treat your pets like it's their own.

I'm writing this review because I was considering using them as a backup to my regular vet because of their location being close to my son's school. I have walked my dog there and my dog seemed to like it and I have seen some of the staff walking the animals in their care. They seemed to know their jobs but have not been particularly friendly or outgoing. I know this to be true now because I went to Handels to get ice cream and was walking my dog in their dog park/relief area since they have a trash can readily available as well. I decided to check out the place and walked around the entire facility to see how big they were and accommodations for the animals. They had a very small kennel area in the back. It was small, but seems adequate. As I walked by with my dog, two dogs were in the kennels. My dog is a companion dog and my dog started to make her way to them as well as I did. As I approached, a back door opened and a blonde haired lady (pictured with a boxer dog on their website) came out and I said "Well Hello there! Aren't these two a couple of cuties!" She responded by stating, "PLEASE DON'T!" She was very sarcastic when she said this to me. Not sure what that meant exactly since she was SO RUDE!!! I didn't bother to ask. No "Hello. How may I help you? Are you here with your dog to see our doctor? Anything! Etc....This told me ALL I needed to know!!! She represents their business and facility being part of their staff and she's truly and extremely rude!!! I don't recommend this facility because of their lack of outgoing nature, unfriendliness and rudeness from their staff.

Dr. Grossman is amazing! She took the time to talk to us about our pets, their diets and what would be best for them now, and in the future. She really made us feel that our fur babies were important to her as much as they are to us! Achilles, Harley and Lucy say thank you!!

My MinPin was incorrigible. he was an ankle biter, people couldn't take their shoes off at my house because he would peel in them. One time he irritated a contractor so much that the man went back to his van, slammed the door shut and refused to come out. He didnt like ANYBODY. BUT HEDLoved Dr. Grossman. he had disc problems and she would put needles all down his back and he would just lay there with his head resting on her arm. He was one dog who loved his vet and go

Feels pricey at times but I keep coming back because Dr. Grossman makes it worth it. She's been caring for my dog with me for seven years now and when I have a question or concern my first instinct is to call her.

In town from Dallas with my dog who was having GI issues and refusing water. I called Apple Hill Animal Hospital when they opened at 8am and they were able to get me a 9am appointment the same day due to a cancellation. I was in at 9am and out by 9:45am and I'm happy to report the combination of meds, probiotics, and food (that they graciously gave me free of charge!) have worked and Abita is back to her normal self. Pricing was very reasonable and I was impressed with how they responded to all of my requests, including faxing Abita's records to her regular vet back in Dallas. I would definitely return again (though I hope I don't have to)!
