I give it a one star because me and my husband stopped their multiple times and nobody's ever in the office or I'm a lot during the business hours wasted my time and money to nobody being in during business hours we were interested in a specific vehicle we'll be looking somewhere else somebody that's actually in the office during business hours you want business have somebody on my during your business hours

I couldn't be more upset. I work 2 jobs and need a vehicle to get back and forth. I trusted this place when they assured me the car was good to go and the oil had just been changed. I bought a 2008 Ford Fusion and have had it 55 days and heard a knocking noise only to find out I have a blown engine and the oil hasn't been changed in at least a year. I called them and their response was there's nothing we can do you bought a used car. Oh there was something they did how could I forget they quoted me a price twice as high to put a used engine in it than anyone else. Now I'm out 6 thousand dollars plus the cost to repair it.

My daughter purchased a vehicle with cash from this car a lot. She was so excited it was her first vehicle and she saved up this money for a long time the guy also guaranteed it was a great vehicle and would run for a good while for her to get back and forth from school (college) and work. In the first week the motor on the windshield wipers blew. Two months later the engine completely blew up. 60 days!!!!! It was a complete lemon. I would never purchase from this guy AGAIN!

Dodge Avenger $861.00 later and over two weeks in the shop, and still not right. I had to pull the radio out and fix it because they knocked the clip loose inside the radio and it was stuck on the volume button, now the blend door actuator is bad because they switched it around testing it, and stripped the gear, it's clicking even when turned off. The glove box fell out because they did not put the restraining cable back on; white insulation was blowing out the vents and lots of new rattles, and thanks for the big scratch on my dash. I should have done it myself but could not climb around under the dash yet. Now I have to do it myself anyway. Had it one day when heater core went bad. Plus they shorted the key system and box out and had to tow it to *** ***** Dodge and cried to me because they had to pay for that. They also raised my bill 200.00 when I went to pick it up. They already charged me 69.00 for flush and said it was fixed. On top of that, I had to look up what was wrong because they could not figure it out. PS they will not send a receipt for the work or the estimate my wife called two weeks ago said they would mail it. Can you imagine two weeks to replace a heater core and I'm now the bad guy, after they said they appreciated me being patient. He said pay your Bill and get the **** out and do not come back. I bought two cars here since November both had problems; the transmission went out two hours after I bought the first car. So much more to this story.

Friendly, fast and made the entire process simple. I had a minor issue with my truck a day after purchasing it and called Glen to inform him. He bought the part, had it sent to my house and paid for the installation. It's service like that that will keep me coming back.
