WITH OUT A DOUBT THE WORST DELIVERY COMPANY IN EXISTENCE. Staples order was marked delivered. It was not. I called Staples and they issued a credit and ordered it again. Then order shows up and the driver says that he accidentally dropped it off at the office next door. I had already checked with them and it was not there. I told the driver, Garrett this and he immediately stammered and back tracked and claimed he meant he dropped it off at a Oglebay Park central receiving. They LIE and are just absolutely TERRIBLE at their jobs. I would give NEGATIVE stars if I could.

Absolute garbage company. No real customer support. No phone number. You can only text and get automated responses. I waited so long I couldn’t get a refund from the seller. They kept saying there were issues with my address but delivered half my order. I have no idea where they delivered my order.

Absolute JOKE. Never ending delays, zero customer service, item marked as delivered when no one ever attempted a delivery. I will never make a purchase with a company that uses LaserShip ever again. LaserShip SUCKS

If it were possible I would give this company zero stars. A package was delivered to my home by laser ship. Not my name or address. I called and messaged daily trying to get the package picked up. After a week they quit responding to messages

I rate LaserShip as a ZERO if I could, bogus delivery, no way to talk to a human about a package that they say was delivered but was not. My Google Nest camera provides proof that no delivery occurred.

Says it was delivered to my front door but havent received anything, neighbor checked cameras and there wasn't even a delivery person on our road for anything to be delivered

Terrible customer service, late packages. Even say they attempted to deliver but no one was home when I have cameras everywhere and was 100% home.

This place sucks. It never delivers where it is supposed to. There is literally almost no way possible to get a hold of customer service. The drivers have been known to steal your items and claim that your item(s) were dropped off at your location. Absolutely horrible experiences with this company!
