My wife bought a 2015 f150 here about a week ago. Once I got to drive this truck I noticed that it had a shutter at certain speeds, check engine light came on, and the none of the tpms sensors work. I checked the transmission fluid and it was brown and burnt smelling. I had the truck scanned for the check engine light and it brought back 3 of the 6 cylinders are misfiring. I feel like this truck was never looked over before being put out on the lot and my wife got taken advantage of. Be careful when purchasing a vehicle here. Forgot to mention the back glass leaks when she took it to the car wash.

Rob was the only person there and he worked over the phone with a man named Dan. Not only did he stay over past closing to make sure we made it out with a car, but I had to bring my two little kids who were tolerated with more patience than I ever would have expected. It's a damn shame I can only give 5 stars because if it were up my wife and myself, we'd give 10 stars. 1000% will recommend to everyone I know looking for used cars.

Absolutely horrible!
I will never purchase another vehicle again from this place!
Make a long story short!
My husband and I purchased a 2017 kia was told that our title would come through credit acceptance in the mail.
Here we are 47 days later and still no title.
So we called the Bridgeport Ohio office. Come to find out .
Nobody has picked up our title from the title department!?
That it’s gonna be another “few days”!
So, now we can’t drive our car!?
Their response was… If you get a ticket!? We will PAY for your ticket!!
Is this the first car that was ever sold there?!
Literally!
45days to pick up our title.
So needless to say, I’am still waiting on a phone call today!?

Very Friendly people, very nice vehicles. Love the atmosphere at this place my mom purchased a Mitsubishi endeavor 6 years ago and it is still going strong. They sell very reliable vehicles. I recommend this place to everyone I know. My mom came back today and just bought a very roomy and nice Honda pilot! This place has good vehicles for good prices! Very highly recommended place
