Really good place to go to. Was broke down and needed to go home back to oklahoma asap and these guys got me going in no time for a good price. I really appreciate yall and will be back anytime I come back to the valley and need some work done.

Took my duramax in to have the 4x4 fixed had for 3 weeks and achieved nothing said they replaced a wiring harness and infact did not took it to another garage and had it fixed with in a day or too but things they said they installed they did not would not recommend them!!!!

Wish I could use negative!! They take advantage of people make you come back for the same issue and obviously don’t know what in the hell they are doing! Do not recommend to even my worst enemy. Screwed my boyfriend over way too many times. You have don’t work for my boyfriend recently for William on a 2014 ford escape. During a 12 hr drive, the breaks on my van locked up coming off the freeway. Everywhere around seemed booked, but when I called Busted Knuckles they were able to fit me in that day. They found that another shop had not replaced a bolt on my brand new breaks. Since the van was so old, they had to call around and hunt down a substitute bolt. My van was towed in around 10 am and those guys had me back on the road right after lunch. Did not at all over charge when they could have really taken advantage of my position. If they didn't take such good care of me, I would have had to explain why I was missing work. This quality of service and kindness seemed to be the norm at their shop. Highly recommend.

If I could give zero stars I would. These people are con artist. They lie about things that need fixed and don't fix the things that need done and completely overcharge. They pretend to fix your car and they don't. I have had 20,000$ worth of repairs on my car through them in just a couple instances and it's in worse condition than it ever was before. They stole my other car. Nobody even knows where it is! I keep taking it back for them to fix the same problems that they supposedly "fixed" so i dont have to waste money nowhere else just for them to keep my car for WEEKS and tell me there's no lights on and they been test driving it everywhere and I'm just a lier lol. I go to pick it up today and just like I KNEW would happen I drove my car for 10 minutes and all of the lights came back on and it's still running crazy. It shut off in the middle of me driving with my kids in the car. But they don't care.

I recently went to Busted Knuckles in Bridgeport, OH. I thought I just needed transmission fluid. They did a diagnostic on my SUV and come to find out it's more than just my transmission. The guy at the front desk took the time to explained everything to me in detail, chatted with my dad and I. Very friendly and helpful staff. I'd definitely recommend to anyone.

You really can’t put a price on good service. I had a small problem with my car - lift gate wouldn’t open- which turns into a big problem when you travel a lot for work and this is my work car. He fixed it within minutes and didn’t even charge me ! Lots of times mechanics will charge an extraordinary amount for doing very little. These guys are perfect example of what customer service and having pride in doing your job correctly the first time looks like. I can’t speak for their work but they quoted me $3,100 for new front brakes and wheel bearings. There’s no way I was paying that. Meineke down the road did it for $1,000.

My experience with them is absolutely horrible my Durango was towed to them because of a busted thread from a spark plug that got lodged into the head of the motor charged me 3800 for the work and then told me my exhaust manifold was bad which I already knew about when I bought it when I said I'm not worried about it he told it was going to be an extra 2100 dollars when I said no don't do it he did it anyways and charged me for it apparently when ur customer says no it means just charge them and we will do it anyways but the guy in the front named Andy is awesome but no I will never ever use the company again when I get my Durango back but it's fine by me I can contact my lawyer and ask him to bring his mechanic
