Excellent customer service. Very helpful staff. They helped me find the right part ordered it for me and I was able to pick it up same day. I fixed my furnace myself and saved over $1200.00.

I had a wonderful experience with webber they are honest and found out why my air-conditioning unit wasn't working properly it was a wire not connected thanks to their honesty they could have charged more than the service call so if you don't want to get ripped off call webber heating and cooling

Good luck getting in touch with them on a weekend if they forget to forward their phones.Edit: I'll leave the review as it stands but add, they went above and beyond to make it up to me. That's what really matters, how they responded to the mistake.
