Going to rewrite my review after it’s all said and done, finally. Maybe the store manager isn’t responsible for it taking over two hours to get a phone. Someone told me NEVER use a cell phone store location that isn’t an AUTHORIZED DEALER. Truer words never spoken.

This is the worst Verizon store I've visited. The customer service is awful... they seemed bothered and condescending, they were completely ignorant on their limited products, they tried to lie to us on multiple pricing/promotion points and they could not even figure out how to power on a phone!Don't bother with these clowns when there are other stores with knowledgeable, honest sales staff who actually want to help!

My Grandfather recently went to this location and was treated very poorly by the associate named Daniel. He tried to take advantage of him, my poor grandfather who’s done nothing but help people, a creekview commons regular. He tried to scam the sale from their new sales associate. Verizon then tried to make my poor grandfather return something that he wasn’t even given. He has a hard enough time getting around with one eye. Worst experience ever.
