Matt, Maddie, and Sahil are the absolute BEST. I am at this UPS almost daily for work and they are so friendly and helpful. This is the BEST UPS store when it comes to customer service, expertise, and willing to go above and beyond!!

Use this store to get documents notarized all the time. I went in today and was told “notary isn’t here” my reply “you notarize for me multiple times”. Then I was told we decided to only notarize 11am to 5pm. Where can I find this posted? This is a joke.

Every ups store tapes a package without an expected "additional fee". Not these guys!Schedule a time to have a document notarized? Doesnt matter! The time you schedule doesn't mean the notary is even in!Do better UPS store Brecksville!

Had a return from Amazon, which was supposed to be totally free, but they charge me two dollars to tape the box! First off this is against the Amazon policy which I’m going to let them know about and secondly it’s a total rip off.

I had to get 200 pamphlets copied for a funeral and when I went to pick them up, not only were they beautiful, Maddie went out of her way and folded all 200 for me. It helped me out so much during this stressful time! Thank you Maddie

Went into the store to drop off a USPS package only to be turned away. Confirmed with manager that they don’t want to upset the USPS postal worker for, get this, having packages that ship USPS.As a former employer of TUPSS, this store is NOT in-compliance with TUPPS, inc. and they are purposely misleading consumers.

Petty, cheap & unhelpful. I needed 0.5’ of tape and they wanted to charge me more than a whole roll costs. While other UPS stores just help get it done.
