I’ve used this UPS store for 3 years now for notary services and dropping off returns. I have never had any issues. They are always polite and patient. I’ve come in with my 6 year old, and my 1.5 year old in my arms, with 10 separate returns and was still received kindly by the staff. They are great. I do not understand how they have negative reviews… probably because the people who have only ever had good service take 3 years to finally leave a review… I will continue using this location for the foreseeable future!

Went to mail a package and there was a woman staff there ,was acting like she is the boss , was very aggressive screaming impolite instead of explaining herself politely and the other 2 staff were afraid of her.
Was a horrible experience and bad name to Ups in brecksville .
I left the store and will never be back

This is my UPS store. I so appreciate their extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. I was just there this afternoon on a very busy Sunday 10/13/2024. I was so impressed with the very efficient soft spoken clerk that never got upset with the many of us trying to get our packages shipped. Congrats On Getting The Job Done At The UPS Store In Brecksville, Ohio!

I use this UPS location frequently, and I have never had a problem. I have always had excellent service here! The people working here are helpful, polite and very professional. The service here is top notch, even when they are very, very busy! I highly recommend this UPS store.

Matt, Maddie, and Sahil are the absolute BEST. I am at this UPS almost daily for work and they are so friendly and helpful. This is the BEST UPS store when it comes to customer service, expertise, and willing to go above and beyond!!

Use this store to get documents notarized all the time. I went in today and was told “notary isn’t here” my reply “you notarize for me multiple times”. Then I was told we decided to only notarize 11am to 5pm. Where can I find this posted? This is a joke.
