Total Voice Technologies and Chris Kikel are extremely supportive, knowledgeable, and went out of the way to make sure I was able to access Dragon Medical One without losing my mind! Prompt service, immediate customer support, and friendly demeanor made it a shame I only needed his help once with install. Highly recommend to anyone interested.

We have been very satisfied TVT customers for many years. When we converted to Dragon we met Mike Dmytryk at TVT and he has been invaluable any time we have had issues or needed new equipment. He is honest and trustworthy and a large factor in our recent decision to remain with Dragon's new payment format. We feel the service we receive from Mike is worth the additional expense.
