She answered all my questions and worked hard to offer a high quality, cost effective solution. The craftsmanship was exceptional as well. They crated and shipped a custom made family heirloom crib. It was meticulously packaged and arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend them!”

Excellent quality, timely communication and fast turnaround, coupled with reasonable prices. Can't go wrong here! “Recently had made a purchase with Lowe's and the item shipped by Estes. Once I realized it was only a 'to the door delivery', I contacted Jennifer and told her my situation; mainly that I live on the 6th floor of an apartment building. She contacted Liz who handles Final Mile Delivery for Estes and a plan was developed. With the coordination of the Stow Lowe's, my shipment was brought right inside my apartment. A shout out to Travis from Lowe's as well. Again, thank you all!”
“I know i must have left a review here before. We have been going to Ohio Export now for many years to send packages to Poland and we live on the southneast side of metro Columbus. Why? No other real choice. But truthfully it is because we trust Pan Roman i jego syn, Marko. They have always treated me like family. Last year when there was a delay, Pan Roman called me to apologize for the delay. Where else do you find this kind of treatment? If I lived in metro Cleveland, I would visit them regularly to chat as friends.”
“Melissa was so incredibly sweet and understanding with my situation. I had printed a prayer card for my sister’s funeral services at a different location and I realized it wasn’t what my niece and I needed/wanted. (Totally MY mistake when I did the first order, not the other location’s) I was just an emotional mess when I came in to have them done again. And she was just so compassionate and sweet to me. I just can’t thank her enough. My second order is absolutely perfect. Sure, I’m still an emotional mess, but I feel better taking these new, beautiful cards with me to her services”

“This terminal called me to schedule a residential delivery. Knowing how difficult it would be for a driver to get a tractor back on my street with a delivery van I set up a dock pick up. These employees were very courteous and keep a clean building by dock standards. Freight was in good shape with no damage.”

“What a difference I found since it is under new management! Went in today with returns for Amazon and did not notice that one needed to be packed in box. I had a box, but in the past I was told to buy tape to seal up the one box. To my pleasant surprise, Gary and the other worker said that since I had a box and it was only 1 piece of tape they would be happy to seal it up for me. This is a change and something the new management is trying to turn around. Nice job! Great Customer service! It was a small item and I had a small box with me, so happy to have had this service today!”
