I have been going to Renee's for over 30 years (along with my husband and 3 boys). My grown son who lives in Cincinnati drives home to have Alex cut his hair. His experience elsewhere was disappointing. We all love the friendly atmosphere and the great haircuts every time! Highly recommend!

I am a newer resident of the Brecksville area and, since this salon is close to my home, I thought I would try to stop in for a hair cut today. Despite this salon indicating that walk-ins are welcome, I knew it would be unlikely to be accommodated on a Saturday afternoon. However, I decided to give it a try anyway and figured I might at least be able to schedule an appointment in the coming week or so. I walked in and was barely greeted by the hairstylist who was cutting someone's hair at the chair right inside of the door, but who clearly watched me walk in. After a few seconds, she hesitantly asked what she could do for me. After politely asking if the salon would be able to accommodate a walk-in for a hair cut, she smirkily, and without making eye contact, replied "No. We are just booked." Her tone was airy and unapologetic. She made no further comments and continued to avoid my eyes, so I said "Thank you" and turned and walked out. As someone who likes to support local business and who was hoping to establish myself with a local salon, I am extremely disappointed that my first, and what will be my only, experience with this salon involved a cold and uninviting employee who couldn't even offer so much as a simple apology or offer to see if I would be interested in an appointment at a later time. While I unfortunately can't speak to the quality of work at this salon, their customer service (or the lack there-of) is quite enough for me to continue my search for a local salon whose business I can be proud to support.

Renee's is located right in the center of brecksville, very conveniently. It was easy to schedule an appointment with the helpful and polite staff. It was clean and the staff was friendly. My hair stylist listened to my thoughts and gave me the hairstyle I was looking for. Quick, easy, and done the right way. I'll be returning again.

Stylists are very good, particularly with color. Friendly atmosphere. Parking is behind the salon.

Went for the 1st time and it was nice to have someone who knows how to cut curly hair. 1st salon I've ever gone to and enjoyed my conversation with the stylist.

I like this salon. It's hard to find a place that will do a good job, and will listen to the customer. I have had a variety of people cut my hair, and they all did very well. I am used to getting great hair cuts in New York City, and didn't believe I could find a good place here. I did, the prices are fair and the place is very close by. I will continue to go to Renee's.
