“I had two small print jobs - 30 booklets with cover in color and black&white inside, and 64 certificates on heavier paper. I can't thank them enough. Excellent quality, timely communication and fast turnaround, coupled with reasonable prices. Can't go wrong here! Also, the booklet stapling was perfect - I had tried a different job somewhere else, and it was not.”
“I have had a few products from NOP and the best way I can describe their work is HIGH END! But, that is not reflected in their prices. They are always reasonable. “Melissa was so incredibly sweet and understanding with my situation. I had printed a prayer card for my sister’s funeral services at a different location and I realized it wasn’t what my niece and I needed/wanted. (Totally MY mistake when I did the first order, not the other location’s) I was just an emotional mess when I came in to have them done again. And she was just so compassionate and sweet to me. “What a difference I found since it is under new management! Went in today with returns for Amazon and did not notice that one needed to be packed in box. I had a box, but in the past I was told to buy tape to seal up the one box. To my pleasant surprise, Gary and the other worker said that since I had a box and it was only 1 piece of tape they would be happy to seal it up for me. This is a change and something the new management is trying to turn around. Nice job! Great Customer service! It was a small item and I had a small box with me, so happy to have had this service today!”
