Recently had to use inside services. Only 1 teller who was handling more complex services. Line was 4-5 deep and no other employees in the building stepped in to offer help. Waited 10-15 minutes in line. I remember the days when there were 3-4 tellers present at all times. Very disappointing how things have changed not for the good.

The branch manager is very rude. If you don’t have an appointment he will give you a hard time and act like you are a burden on him even if what you need done takes 2 minutes and you’re willing to wait until some is open to help.

Customer service use to be stellar and 5 stars but ever since COVID the customer service has been horrible. Making an appointment for a new debit bank card to sit there and wait for 15-20 minutes is ridiculous especially when it appears that they are fully staffed. Just a bunch of employees holding full blown conversation while having customers wait in the lobby is unacceptable and unprofessional it’s not just this Pnc bank either it’s others as well and quite frankly I may be switching banks very soon

I've been banking here for decades. Good customer service, parking, 2 drive through windows, 1 drive up ATM and 1 walk up ATM.

First time I've ever been charged a $10 fee to cash a check that was issued from their establishment all because I don't have an account with them. I'd rather drive the 30 minutes to my bank than pay that stupid fee. I just don't care for companies that nickel and dime people. At least the woman was decently polite although completely unwilling to do anything about it.
