Recently had to use inside services. Only 1 teller who was handling more complex services. Line was 4-5 deep and no other employees in the building stepped in to offer help. The branch manager is very rude. If you don’t have an appointment he will give you a hard time and act like you are a burden on him even if what you need done takes 2 minutes and you’re willing to wait until some is open to help.

I've been banking here for decades. Good customer service, parking, 2 drive through windows, 1 drive up ATM and 1 walk up ATM.
