I go to this pharmacy often because it is the one closest to my house when I need to get a vaccine. The past couple of times I have gone there I was met with attitude by most of the technicians.The most recent time I went I scheduled an appointment before work for an updated COVID vaccine, and when I did go I was told that I had to wait a while because of the people waiting infront of me even though I had an appointment. They were elderly people, which I can understand to an extent. Just because I am in my early 20's does not mean I can wait around and that I am not an "important" person to recieve the vaccine. I have 2 autoimmune diseases, and I am tired of people assuming that because I am young, that I am healthy.Unfortunately, like I said earlier, I scheduled the appointment because I had work within the next hour. So I couldn't wait around, and she told me to just reschedule. I asked about the potential for a Flu vaccine (this was early September 23') and she said that they hadn't even released it. There were signs in front of the building advertising the flu vaccine, and also multiple other pharmacies including CVS and Walgreens had already released it.

Very cozy and quiet, the does an excellent job at getting you checked in. My doctor was very friendly, respectful and informative.

While the pharmacists and staff are helpful and efficient, they do not wear masks (even when interacting with a customer). This seems odd to me considering that patients and caregivers are required to wear them and the rule is strictly enforced throughout the rest of the building. It seems risky for patients who are immunocompromised or have chronic health conditions.

Apparently several years ago some patients had difficulty here. I have not experienced the same thing. I transferred my prescriptions here about 3 years ago and have been totally and absolutely pleased. Firstly, their pricing is far better than CVS (we are now transferring my wife's meds to here). Secondly, every technician has been, kind, patient and professional. I highly recommend this pharmacy!

I have only ever been to the pharmacy at the location but, it is a very nicely decorated and updated facility. I've always been able to go right in and pick up my prescriptions with no wait. The pharmacy technicians are always pleasant and efficient.

Recently transferred my scripts here after getting frustrated with my local pharmacies. I love their pharmacy! Transferring the scripts over was very easy. They took care of everything for me. The refill process is easy and they are friendly and helpful. This is a great service. Thank you!

This pharmacy has courteous techs and is very helpful. This is a very small pharmacy, hence, if you need a medication asap (that they don’t have in stock), go to main campus and wait in line for hours; otherwise, Brecksville will order it and you can pick it up in a day or two. No need to bash this SMALL pharmacy.

Total clusterphuck here! Can't get anyone on the phone...EVER... no matter how long you hold. Their computer system doesn't rven recognize their own bloody refill numbers! I'm here right now because I had to come in to get it refilled (1/2 hr each way plus the hour wait to get it filled. They should just close shop. I'm transferring all my meds to Wal-Mart.

Read the reviews before even thinking about coming here, the service is unbelievably horrendous. They never had anything, they call you and tell you stuff is ready and you need to come get it before they toss is and then u get here and it’s still not here. Then if you get lucky coming back 2 weeks later and they decide they have it you better give them an hour so they can count to 30. You’ll come back multiple times because of their rude cashiers and stuck up pharmacy techs. I literally chose to pay double just so I can go to a pharmacy that isn’t a complete joke. They honestly should just get rid of this one as it gives metro health a bad name. There’s a giant eagle pharmacy right across the street right. Never any issues whatsoever. They know how to run a business

Avoid this pharmacy at all costs! They are rude and so slow. You can go 24 hours later to pick up your medication and they won’t have it ready. I have been in multiple times and have never met anyone nice.
