I don’t often take the time to write reviews, but I just had to for Jennifer at Hotspot. She makes you comfortable from the first visit, and she knows hair!!!! I have thin, fine, not so great hair, but she knows how to cut it to make the most of what I have. She listens to my concerns and makes recommendations, but is never pushy. There is a real conversation about different options, and nothing is done until we are in agreement. I’ve tried many hairdressers/salons over the years in the area, and she is the best hairdresser I’ve had in a very, very long time. She’s also a very sweet and kind person. Emilee was my stylist and she did such an outstanding job! She was very efficient and knew what she was doing and made my hair look so good! I had red and was going back to my blonde root color and she matched it up to the T and also left in some red but lightened it down to a strawberry blonde and im honestly so in love with it! I definitely recommend coming here for any hair needs as she did such a wonderful job and im excited to visit again!!

This is literally my favorite hair salon I've ever been to! Emilee did an amazing job with my haircut and color. She's also just an all around super awesome person and easy to talk to. Jennifer is also really friendly and inviting! I will definitely be back.
