I got a haircut that is the worst in my entire life. It is as if a child chopped my hair while I was asleep. I have long hair that is hard to mess up with a haircut, but I am wrong this time. The layers upfront are so uneven, and I have longer pieces of hair sticking out everywhere. When I move my head, my hair looks like a chicken with plucked feathers in numerous spots ???. Now, I am anxiously trying to find someone who can fix my hair until my specialist has an opening. If I could give it negative five (-5) stars, I would definitely do it.????????Service: Haircut

Honestly probably the worst manicure I ever got in my life. The staff was nice and nice and clean salon. I just wish the manicure would of been better. Took over an hour and looks terrible

Turning someone away because their hair looks ethnic isnt okay. Straightened ethnic hair is the same as white hair and an updo can be done. Im disgusted that i was turned away for an updo even after offering to wash and dry and flat iron my own hair. I have checked with neighboring salons to makesure that straightened ethnic hair can be treated the same way as white hair during and updo. You dont fool me.
