CVS stores are always very clean, very organized, well lit, the personnel are courteous, friendly, and helpful when needed. However, CVS prices are at least 35% higher than WALMART for the same product. In order to get a good deal you have to get a 40% off coupon. On sales day, their isles look like a sea of yellow tickets claiming buy one get one free. One does not always wish to purchase a second item. The sales receipts are a foot-long.

Ran in quick for milk. Every 2% was expired so we grabbed a whole milk. Got home and it was sour and full of chunks. Was clearly left at room temperature for a long time. Wouldn’t trust their cooler products.

I really don't understand why people have to wait milling thru the store for up to half an hour so 4 people working the pharmacy can all take their lunch 130-2p ... especially days when the pharmacy is only open 6 hours to begin with.

CVS in Brecksville, OH. Great staff and the pharmacy staff is always very helpful! The manager, Anthony, always greets customers and asks if you need help finding something. Much appreciated!

the Pharmacy staff are rude and unhelpful. if you have the option to go to another CVS location, I would do so. you would most likely die if you needed a med refill from this location. they do everything they can to NOT fill your prescription.

Very very slow service. Avoid if you're in a hurry. If you have a half an hour extra and you like to wait around, it should be ok.
