“Being a procrastinator, I waited until two weeks before prom to get my dress hemmed. This was the only place who said they could do it! I went in on a friday (i think) and the dress was done by tuesday night for my prom on thursday. Amazing turn around time, definitely recommend this place.”
“I was at this store on March,15, 2024 for the first time. I was greeted by Alyssa and Nicole. Right from the start they both lisened very well as I explained what I was looking for. Alyssa's and Nicole's patience with me was outstading and gave me great deal of help in making decisions on what looked nice on me. What a great store, you have to see it to believe it with all the wall to wall sports merchandise. An excellent experieance throughout my shopping at this store. Both should be recognized for respresenting Rally House in the most positive manner.”

Great selection of stylish and quality (the name rings true) clothing for men and women, and the staff are all extremely friendly, knowledgable, and helpful; they know their products and they understand fashion. The store manager, Anna, is absolutely wonderful! I don't normally enjoy shopping for clothes and tend to order most of my clothing online, but the Cleveland Madewell store has started to make me re-think my shopping habits. Would recommend to anyone who's looking to build a timeless, yet fashionable wardrobe with a no-stress shopping experience.”

“The service at the counter when we checked out was great. Everyone was very nice and in a very holiday mood! The clothes in the store were neatly arranged and kept folded, the selection was not as wide as I would like to be but it is 2 days before Christmas so that is to be expected. I found some good deals and did not have to wait too long in line”
“They have some pretty good selections and decent prices for the most part. I like coming to this location because the customer service is great and a very friendly atomphere overall. They make decent prices that you can afford not to expensive and not to cheap. I would definitely recommend this to my family and friends but mostly to anyone that loves to find sales and deals for the low prices. In the summer time it gets too hot in there.... They need to put a air conditioner in there so the customers can feel the cool air. There's no air circulation that's why it's gets very hot in there. Smh! The only thing that they need to do is setup an online store to shop besides going into the store location.”

“I had been looking for a specific pair of shoes that was on the website for several weeks and could not find them at my local Citi Trends at all. When I asked the staff at the same place, they could not provide any information whatsoever. I even called all 8 or 9 stores within my area and asked the staff if they had them, and they said they did not. So I emailed corporate asking about them, and the VP of Store Operations emailed me personally to let me know that she was emailing the appropriate people to find out; she got back to me in two days and told me that there had been shipments to THIS store in North Randall and the one in Akron within the past few days. When I went to N.Randall, they not only had them, but were MORE than helpful by telling me that they got regular shipments of the item, plus it's other colors, and were extremely friendly and helpful, which I do not find to be the case at other locations. This particular store is awesome, the staff know what they're doing and talking about, and they maintain an excellent regularly updated selection of stuff I actually like, including things I didn't know I wanted (or existed) until I got there. Great experience, and my personal favorite location.”

“The best shopping trip ever. I got 21 different coats,sweaters from XS to large for dogs and puppies. Each was only .49¢ each. Going to donate to the shelters.Also got 2 boxes of Xmas ornaments for .49¢ each. Got a Wilton silicone mat only $2.99.”
“Been going to this place since it was Chagrin River on Shaker Square. Always Class A customer service, up-to-date trends, and a overall good atmosphere. Was trying to find my son Air Force 1's size 14, tried 12 shoe stores and nobody had them. Went here, found them, out the door in minutes. True Cleveland landmark, go check them.out!”
“City Blue on Emery Rd. was great. My mom took me shopping for father's day and I was blessed to have that opportunity. They had a plethora of clothing items there and I will return soon. They're having a great sale despite closing their doors for good. Service was fantastic and again I was blessed.”
