I thoroughly enjoyed working with the people here; however, when it counted, Chase closed an account without any notice & left my business out to dry. I have since closed all accounts.

The 1 star reviews are unfair and old, I had nothing but great experience as soon as we entered. Clerks were very attentive and notified each other about a customer walking in. Very quick and efficient service. Definitely one of the better chase branches I’ve visited.

Unless you are some rich Brecksvillian, the staff treats you like absolute garbage, especially that manager. I would rather keep my money under my mattress.
I cannot close my account fast enough.

The phone system is no help at all, waiting 5-10 minutes for a "person" is not acceptable for an institution paying 0.01% interest. The lowest star option is 1, you need a zero option.
