  The 1 star reviews are unfair and old, I had nothing but great experience as soon as we entered. Clerks were very attentive and notified each other about a customer walking in. Very quick and efficient service. Definitely one of the better chase branches I’ve visited.

  I walked in, was greeted with a smile and a friendly face and they took care of notarizing a document that i didn’t have an appointment for.Keep up the fantastic work Chase in Brecksville.
