Absolutely WONDERFUL business! My white gold engagement ring had turned yellow after using my shampoo which contained toner (oops!). The ring was from Alaska, so there wasn’t much chance of me going back to where it was purchased. I decided to try a local shop. They not only rhodium dipped my ring, but they fixed (replaced) spot in the sizing (the company used before used sterling silver instead of gold), polished it, cleaned it, and tightened some diamonds that were loose. They also let me know that they offer FREE cleanings and inspections. Definitely check them out!

After a horrible experience with a chain jewelry store, I called Waddington. Ben answered the phone and within minutes made me extremely comfortable as I asked several different questions. With a wedding date just a few months away, I wanted a ring fast! We walked in to Waddington the next day and Jen assisted us and helped us find the exact ring we were looking for! The process was fast and friendly, and both Ben and Jen were extremely helpful! We had the ring sized and on my finger less than a week later! I highly recommend visiting Waddington for any jewelry needs! We will be lifelong customers from now on!Thank you so much for making the process so smooth and treating us like family!

I always come here to get my watch batteries changed, small jewelry repairs like clasps or chain breaks, and cleanings. Never had any issues and always reasonably priced! Have even purchased earrings before. Love this local jeweler!
