Every time I deal with the management at this location it is terrible customer service. I think I finally learned my lesson and will never go to this location again. Do yourself a favor and use the Maumee Verizon store. The manager in BG is lazy and could not be bothered to get up off of his stool to come and assist his sales person. Instead he talked across the room and then sat on his stool and pointed me towards the door. Awful experience

If you don't need a purchase, only need tech help, they don't want to help you. They are quick to tell you that if they close within an hour, basically, to bad if they don't get to you. If you are a cute college girl you are ahead of everyone else. This is the 3rd time! I've waited in between going that maybe there would be new employees. Never again, they are very unpleasant. The woman who finally helped me was very helpful and kind. I hope she is greatly rewarded.

Like the phone message said, I made an appointment for curbside, but showed up 30 minutes early and went inside. Justin greeted me, and asked me a few questions. When he started to work on the phone I excused myself and went out to the car. Then he came out, and we chatted about the phone. He fixed the problem, and did a few more things for me. He was friendly and patient. The store was clean and neat. When a customer came to the door a salesperson opened it and started to help the customer.

Never had an issue with Verizon I’ve had Verizon for almost 15 years today I walked up to the store to pay my bill and the guy refused to take my money because I wasn’t wearing a mask we were outside last month the guy working took my money but today the employee decided to get cocky and refused to take my money unless I was wearing a mask which I will NOT do if I was coming inside then you can enforce it but you can’t enforce you’re “rule” while I’m outside with no intentions of entering just another reason why people leave Verizon...... customer service sucks

Online customer service is fabulous, in store not so much. Maybe consider putting Alex through some customer services courses ... he is clearly in need.

I had a horrible experience when I went in to learn more about my plan options. I had a damaged phone and didn't have insurance coverage so I was looking to use an upgrade on my account. The women helping me immediately turned into sales people and kept trying to force me to get a more expensive phone. I told them I wasn't interested and they started getting incredibly rude and essentially told me I was stupid for choosing my the phone that I did. The one woman, Emily, needs to take some classes in customer service. I will not be returning to this location.
