“This shop has always treated me right and that's why they'll continue to be my go-to for any vape productsThey accidentally sold me the wrong juice today and I called them after about an hour when I noticed to calmly and politely (bc of course kindness is the best policy, anger helps nobody) explain the situation and ask what they could do bc the juice they sold me was already opened and I didn't take a close look because I just assumed it was the one I asked for.They offered to make it right at no cost. Great store with great employees. Mistakes happen, and in their defense, I should've checked the juice I got instead of assuming it was the right one, so I'm not faultless either, and I will be making sure next time before I open it so nobody's inconveniencedI'm just glad they were kind and willing to help out bc I could stomach another flavor, but tobacco flavor vape liquid is the worst lol. Thought I might have to spend more money to get the right liquid even though mistakes were made on both sides, but they've got some awesome employees here for sure”
