My experience here over time has been excellent overall. To start with, the worst I can report having experienced is waiting 10 minutes for service on a few occasions within the last few years. I'm doing a lot more mailing recently and I've hardly ever had to wait more than a minute recently.The staff is VERY knowledgeable and helpful, and quite courteous every time they work with me. They will always help me save costs wand find the best shipping option, which is why I deal with USPS at this location almost exclusively for my shipping needs.I had a passport done at this location once and it was a very quick and easy process. Every service the staff has done here for me is top notch!

A shop that I ordered from mislabled my package and shipped it to the wrong location, but I was able to contact the BG USPS and have them hold it for me instead of getting it sent through Detroit to be redirected. I seriously appreciated the customer service and their help!

They often smash my incoming packages by forcing them into my mailbox despite the fact that they won't fit. (They make them fit).Having some of my purchases smashed is business as usual. I just end having to return them and wait even longer. But recently, they stepped it up by opening a lot of my outgoing mail and returning it with taunting messages attached.I imagine it's Brian who does it. Everyone else always seemed nice. He's never cared much for me face to face. Something this petty and spineless seems right up his alley. That's all I have to go on though. I can't exactly verify specifically which person is opening my mail and attaching the taunting messages. Won't be much longer before I'll recognize the handwriting though.All of this picked up after I went in person to point out the packages being crammed into my mailbox. Convenient timing I'll say.

Best Postal location I have ever visited and I am comparing to my experience in Chicago. The staff is upbeat, supremely knowledgeable, and helpful! Beyond helpful! They go out of their way to make sure you have what you need and consider costs. That's not their job to help you save, but they do try. Thank you! I recently needed help express shipping.
