Staff is always extremely pleasant when I go in, never had any issues! This is the only post office in the area that I go to & I live in Toledo

A shop that I ordered from mislabled my package and shipped it to the wrong location, but I was able to contact the BG USPS and have them hold it for me instead of getting it sent through Detroit to be redirected. I seriously appreciated the customer service and their help!
