Fixed rate fees are ridiculous. I live by myself and work a lot, so I don’t use much water. Yet, my bill is ~$90 a month. I pay more in fixed rate fees than I do the actual water..

Had a water leak in our service line right before Christmas, $10,000. Fixed it asap. And these scum absolutely refuse to discount our bill. Offered a payment plan that still charges a late fee. Trash company.
The Northwestern Water & Sewer District (referred to as “The District”) provides water and sewer service to over 20,000 customers in Northwestern Ohio.
WATER
5.4 million gallons of water is distributed through our system daily. We provide water from the cities of Toledo, Bowling Green, Oregon, Fostoria, and Napoleon. The District treats and distributes water for the Village of McComb.
WASTEWATER
The District operates 13 wastewater treatment plants throughout Northwestern Ohio and also contracts the sewer treatment with Lucas County, the City of Toledo, Oregon, Bowling Green, Fostoria, and Perrysburg. Approximately 850,000 gallons of wastewater is moved and treated each day throughout our network.
