I cannot fully express how fantastic Golden Vanity is!!! I recently went to Sarah for a “Restyle or Extra Long/Thick Hair” haircut. For context, I haven’t had my hair cut professionally in over 2 years, so there was a lot of length (and a lot of damage). I wanted to get it all cut off and get bangs. After talking about what I wanted and looking through some inspiration photos, Sarah gave me what I can safely say is the best haircut I have ever had. I’ve never felt more myself than I do now. She was great with communication, being sure to let me know what she was doing, what would happen next, and checking in with me all along the way. I left feeling like a new person!

Love the Golden Vanity. Abbi is the best esthetician and everything she offers is amazing!!! My daughter and I see Haley for our hair and she never misses. She’s absolutely great!! I love Sophie as well for hair and nails!! Their children’s area is the cherry on top. So nice for us parents.

I called to schedule an appointment. I got a call back later stating that they couldn’t keep my appointment because I have no show fees on my account. Apparently I missed an appointment in 2022 (when I was heavily pregnant and had medical issues going on with me & my baby girl) I guess they charge you the whole service fee for whatever you booked which is crazy. Finding out I owe over $200 when I never had anything done. Ridiculous. Never going here again.

Had a wonderful experience here, getting a manicure and my hair trimmed and styled. My nails look great and my hair feels a lot better. Sophie did an amazing job!

I got a haircut and facial. The facial was by Abi and i 110% recommend her! So relaxing and comforting and she really made you feel relaxed and calm, not to mention the facial felt absolutely amazing!!! I then got my hair washed, cut, blow dried, and styled by the fabulous Liz who also absolutely killed it! My hair is so healthy and fresh and feels and smells amazing!! Both did amazing definitely recommend these ladies!

I got a dermaplane facial from Abbi today the was incredible. From the second I walked in everyone was so pleasant that greeted me.The place is beautiful and clean and historic! My facial was so great I haven't been that relaxed in a long time and my face is glowing!! Thank you so much for the excellent service and attention to detail. I highly recommend getting a service there:)

Not gonna lie, I'm never the one to complain, but the price I paid for what I got was definitely not worth it. The whole experience seemed rushed and my hair was kinda frizzy when I was done. I had to touch it up when I got home. Pretty salon though.

There was a miscommunication on when our appointment was. When I received an automated text with the appointment details I called back to confirm and the woman on the phone told me not to worry about it. The day of the appointment I was called saying I was late and would be charged for the appointment. I tried to clarify what happened and was met with a very unapologetic snotty attitude. I asked if I still had time to come in for the remainder of the appointment and again was met with attitude and annoyance. When I showed up it was so uncomfortable. It was obvious they had talked about our conversation before I arrived. I've never experienced such rude service providers ever. As a fellow service provider and local business owner it was a disappointing experience across the board.Service: Kids' cuts

Great eyebrow waxing experience. Abbi was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The beautiful building made me feel like I was at a spa! Defiantly will return.

There are many other amazing workers at the Golden Vanity. However, the Golden Vanity allowed an uncertified individual named, Liz to do my hair extensions.I was unaware of her not being certified with hair extensions.Her performance was easily a 0 star rating. She made the bead in my hair completely fall out, ripping out my natural hair.I paid $270 for what?For my natural hair to ripped out by an uncertified hair stylist in hair extensions?! I received no kind of refund, empathy, or apology. She did offer to fix it for free, however, I am uncomfortable with her touching my hair ever again.I was even told by another/new hair stylist she's NEVER seen anything SO bad.I heard nothing but bad things about Liz, however, gave her the benefit of the doubt walking into my appointment open minded. Thankful I'll NEVER do that again.Service: Hair extensions
