Thayer Honda made buying a car a pleasant and enjoyable experience from the test drive to signing! Huge thanks to Josh Baranski for being an amazing sales rep, he answered all the questions that we had and was very thorough regarding the vehicle. He made sure we understood everything we were signing, and when we noticed the agreement didn't mention the return of the holding deposit for the vehicle, he quickly amended the agreement so we had it in writing. He even called a couple days after signing to make sure everything was still running smoothly. Also shout out to Justus for making the financing details easy! Get that man some more Pilot pens! Thank you, Thayer Honda, for a great vehicle and an even better experience! We don't buy vehicles often, but the next time we need one, we're starting with you guys!

I have purchased two vehicles from Tony and his team. I can tell you that the service is top notch and the sales customer service is second to none. In the world of car sales, I have have only experienced two dealerships in 30 years that stood by their word and did everything right. The last one closed years ago. The extra care and dedication they put into their commitment has created a life long customer.

Bought 2018 Santa Fe from this dealership for $17,000 to find after 3000 miles that the car had problems with oil consumption. I have to add oil every 300-400 miles and nothing Hyundai can do about it. $17000 for a junk car, can't even sell it. I'm trying to contact the original owner to see if he told the dealership about the oil problem or not.

While the experience of buying a car can be very stressful, Tommy and Donavan at Thayer Honda made the process incredibly easy. I went into the market having no idea of what I was looking for and they walked me through every option. The first time I walked in to the first time driving in my new car was less than a week thanks to Tommy and Donavan!

I recently retired from Thayer after 10 years. It was the best job I ever had, and the Thayer family are the best people I have ever worked for. Working there was like being a part of a family, and I felt fortunate working for and with the best people in the industry. The Thayer family of dealerships does business in a different way than most dealerships, in a very good way. As I look forward to the next chapter in my life, I wish nothing but the best for the Thayer family and their staff. And I highly recommend that when you’re looking for your next vehicle, Thayer Honda is where you want to go.

This is by far the best experience I’ve had with a dealership in a long time. I didn’t buy my car from them, but they treat me no different. Brought it in twice to the service dept and Peyton (spell check) has been taking care of me the whole way through it making sure my car is being serviced and I am happy with the outcome. This man needs a damn raise because it’s been a while since I’ve dealt with someone with a customer service oriented attitude and he has been spectacular in taking care of me and my car.

We were driving from Detroit to Indiana to go to my father's funeral when the check engine light came on in our Odyssey. We were at they Bowling Green exit and stopped here. The van needed immediate service. Jeff Drew stepped in, made us priority, and had us back on the road in two hours. And on top of that, their systems were down and they couldn't take payment. So he let us go without even a credit card trusting us to pay when their systems were back up (which we did). A great experience came out of a bad day.

Looked up used cars on line and sent an inquiry as to the availability of the vehicle. I received a call from Ron very shortly after to answer my questions about the vehicle. The vehicle was available and we decided to take a look at it. The vehicle was in great condition and exactly as described on the website. The sales associate, Ron, was just wonderful. If you have small children and worry about how they will act but do not have a babysitter, I hope my review puts you at ease. Ron directed us to a location in the dealership that had toys, a tv, and anything else small children would like to use to keep themselves busy. When they no longer wanted to play and Ron was going over paperwork with us, Rons understanding and kindness while they wanted to be adventurous toddlers, really put our minds at ease.
Great experience and would certainly recommend.

We went there and found a wonderful salesperson named Kena!! She was so sweet and helpful! She worked with us and gave us all the information on our car plus worked to get us the best deal!!! She was amazing!!! I highly recommend Thayer Honda!!! I'm so glad we chose to go there!!! We will definitely be back for our next vehicle purchase!!!! Lots to choose from!!!!

We were on our way to Michigan yesterday when we had a TRANS TEMP warning light come on. We pulled into THAYER and Josh and his tech got us in right away, gave us a car to use to grab lunch, diagnosed and fixed the problem even though they didn’t know if they could get it done before they closed. The got it done and were unbelievably friendly through out the process. They never appeared annoyed that we might make their day longer. Sales staff was also extremely nice. Answered any questions we had as we browsed the lot, even though they knew we were only there for service. 5-stars!!! Thanks Josh and team!

The service department is top shelf. I drive from Michigan because they're honest and professional. Everyone in the service department is extremely friendly. I would highly recommend.
