I was having overheating issues with the car, I called Shipley’s and was able to get the car in the next day. Later that day it was fixed and ready for pickup. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Shipley’s five stars for sure!

Truck maintenance is not a priority got a 10K attachment that you don't even use it's just a Sitting Duck nope not towing my vehicle on that or with those drivers just my opinion though?♀️ have a great day

Super awesome people with amazing customer service. Kayla, the front desk lady, is super helpful and doesn’t make me feel intimidated by all the car stuff. Rob, the manager, is such a solid dude and their customer service is amazing. They will always be my first thought to go to when I have car troubles. Thank you guys!

My car got stuck while really cold,snowy and windy outside. Rob from shipley came to my rescue in a very timely manner, was very courteous and professional and got me back on the road quickly. I hope to not have to call them again but they will.be my go-to tow service for any future needs!
