I am always impressed at the pharmacy department at Rite Aid. They are always professional and very knowledgeable and upbeat. I have never had to wait very long and they act like they enjoy their job because they do. There is no other place in Bowling Green where I Would have my prescriptions filled. You can tell they have great hiring practices for all of their people.

Awful. This is the last straw. Constantly messing up my prescriptions. I even resorted to going in store in person to make sure who I’m talking to knows what to order and somehow… things still get messed up. I’ve watched countless customers in line as well get turned away, or even mishandled. They just don’t care either. All half dead woth blank stares on their face. PLEASE, go anywhere else.

Miranda ran the entire pharmacy one man strong and handled all calls, all prescription filling, attending to the drive thru, and answering questions from people in the store all with a smile on her face. I don’t know what the running rate for a pharmacist is— but this girl NEEDS a raise. She was an absolute gem and so kind to my partner and I who were picking up our meds an hour before they closed early for new year’s eve. Miranda rocks!

This Rite Aid is a great example of what a pharmacy shop should be. Conveniently located, with accessible parking and friendly staff. The store is always clean and well-kept, and I know that I'll find what I need.

Rite aid has been good to me for many years, they are friendly and also send you text messages when your medication is ready. I love that they honor my insurance and if I need a refill and need a new script they contact the doctor. Thank you rite aid. Also the store has some amazing deals sometimes, your in and out amazing

This is an average rite aid. There's nothing of note good or bad. It's just average.

They are actively trying to keep me as a customer. My previous pharmacy had trouble with customer service towards the end.

Bought aquaphor here left my bike unchained behind the store, the lady working was very helpful, and no one stole my bike. 10/10.

I love my rite aid. I switched over from Walgreens because of a pharmacist was the pill police. They are wayyy better than what they used to be, there was always the one pharmacist tech that thought they owned the store, but she's really not there much anymore. I don't like the rotating pharmacist thing especially if they don't know me, but they've gone beyond sometimes for me and I appreciate that

Unfortunately, I can't leave zero stars on yelp. Went to a different Rite Aid, was told they did not receive their shipment of vaccines, that the nearest place that had them was Bowling Green's Rite Aid. After checking the website, which states they do walk-in vaccinations, I drove to Bowling Green. Then was told by the pharmacist that they're not doing walk-in vaccines, even though their website says they are. Absolutely ridiculous what a waste of my time I knew there was a reason I never shopped at the Bowling Green Rite Aid. They have certainly reiterated the brilliance of my decision.

Why are all the pharmacy technicians talking so loud? Why do I know that the doctor increased a stranger named Steven's Zoloft dosage? Why did I have to shout my personal information for the whole store to hear? Perhaps they need to revamp their layout to help ensure their clients' privacy... Very odd. The store is clean. The music is pleasant.

If you are looking for a pharmacy in NW Ohio with exceptional customer service, this Rite Aid in BG is where you want to go. After less-than-positive experiences taking my elderly parents in for vaccinations at other nearby drug stores, I was blown away by the employees at this location. Their empathy, ability to form a connection with their patients, and their concern for our well being should serve as a role model for all locations. We first encountered *Jameson*, who quickly put them both at ease, identified where there could be issues with them completing paperwork, ensured they were comfortable, then made haste to take care of them. *Erica* picked up from there & delivered the vaccines. In that short time, she seemed to recognize that this was "their big day out" & used her genuine smile, friendly banter, and quick poke to ensure that it was a positive experience. Although it's difficult to quickly escape a store with a wheelie walker & an oxygen tank, Jameson was still impressive in how quickly he reemerged to catch up to us to interrupt our departure with at-home Covid tests, the likes of which I had already forgotten about. And, I should mention that I only ever thought to take them in there because there is a gentleman that works at the store checkout counter (no clue on name) that is ALWAYS awesome.Seriously, if you're frustrated by feeling invisible, come to this store. They will SEE you, and they will treat you like you are someone they care about. Thank you!!
