Went in to buy a motorcycle battery for my daughters Ninja 300 after striking out at two other places. The guy that helped us, I believe his name was Kyle, was very helpful. It took him a few minutes to find a compatible battery and I appreciate him taking the time. Others would’ve possibly said no we don’t have it. At my request he tested the new battery and fully charged it up. Got the battery back to my daughters apartment and installed it. The bike started right up. Happy customer!

Products aren't reliable, they try to get out of honoring their warranties, and they're apparently fine with lying to your face. I'll never go to this location again.

Purchased a battery from this place. Went to return the battery as our mechanic said it had cracked and employee John said he wouldn't warranty it because it was improperly installed. Funny as OReilly's was the ones who installed it. We ended up purchasing a new one just to get the car running safely, however the person installing it broke the battery harness. Mechanic talked to store manager Tom who said to come back in and he would refund the new battery and complete the exchange. Arrived back later that evening and John again refused to refund and told us to leave and not return. So we still haven't received a refund that was promised by store manager.

Good God am I lost when it comes to auto stores. But Tom at O'Reilly's helped me create a wonderful wash supply bucket for a veterans auction. Soap, sponges etc , makes a great gift for Christmas, great auction item or much more. The store was neat clean and good customer response .

I went to the O’Reilly’s in Lambertville, MI where I purchased some wiper blades and had them installed (poor experience all around) as I was driving to my home in BG I tried to use the new wiper blades and there was a whole section on my windshield that was not getting hit with the blades. I went to the BG O’Reilly’s where two of the nicest gentleman helped me out. They helped warranty out the just purchased blades and installed them. Before I left they made sure the wipers worked, which they didn’t. They took the time to investigate why and found out the wiper arm was bent. They then helped bend it back properly and made sure I was good to go. I feel terrible that I did not catch the two gentlemen’s names but I was at the store on Friday the 20th around 4pm. 10/10 would recommend the BG, OH O’Reilly’s shop

If I could give this store negative stars, I would! These guys are so incompetent, it hurts my head! Over the last 5 days I've bought 3 different calipers and all 3 were bad! The bleeder screw stripped out on all 3, with minimal pressure! And I understand that sometimes things like this happen, but they offered no help in any way. They treated me like it was my fault, and never once offered an apology. It's clear they don't know what customer service is. My mechanic and I will NEVER go there again. I advise anyone who doesn't have 6 days to finish a 1 day project to steer clear of this place and go to AutoZone across the street!

These guys were sooo great! I had a dead battery and they drove over, tried to jump my car and when that didn't work and we realized it was a bad battery, they went back and got the new battery, the drove back to me AND installed it! They were very nice and made what could have been a tough situation much better! Thanks so much!!
