They said they called my prescriber and it got denied by the prescriber on Friday at 5:16pm. I tried to get this filled on Tuesday the previous week. Called the doctor on Monday (today) and they had received no phone call whatsoever from the pharmacy and said they would get the script into them. I go in to pick up the prescription and they tell me it’ll be ready in 20 mins. I then get a phone call saying they dont have a SINGLE pill of the medication I needed filled even though I have called them ALL DAY and told them exactly what prescription I needed. NOT ONCE was it mentioned that they had none in stock. So now I have gone 10 hours without my beta blocker for my heart because of their incompetence. A beta blocker that I have been filling with them for over a freaking decade! But they dont have a single pill of that drug in stock. Laughable. Dont ever use this incompetent pharmacy they don't give a damn about their patients and they have dome absolutely nothing to rectify this. So I will be going days without literal heart medication that makes my heart function properly. Thank you kroger!!!!!

If you want to complain, take it up with corporate. The pharmacy is understaffed, which means the pharmacist and pharmacy techs are doing the work of multiple people. So, please, show some compassion instead of pitching a fit about the drive-thru being closed. For goodness' sake, there's a bunch of Karens on here. We all have to wait. If you want your precious pills, you might have to be patient. You wait for hours at the doctor’s office but can’t stand waiting a bit at the pharmacy? Come on.

This is the 2nd time I have been shorted on my ADHD meds. Once about 5 or 6 months ago and again for July. I guess from now on I will be going into the pharmacy and counting them on the counter in front of them. The last time I called about this they said "it's impossible it's checked by multiple people and pharmacist when it's filled". It is filled and put in a bag on a rack ..... You're telling me I'm supposed to trust that?! I've never had this issue at another pharmacy. Also having a former friend who worked there several yrs ago said they got multiple complaints of this. If this happens again I will be calling for action from the board of pharmaceuticals. If you have experienced this as well please reach out

Pharmacy calls saying you have a prescription ready for pickup and then they are closed when you actually go to get it. They are a joke, go literally anywhere else. They are also very rude.

They give you your pills when they want to even when the Dr calls them in. Plus the drive through is closed more then it's open anymore.

Pharmacy drive through closes before their actual closing time, even if you're sitting right there in your car at the drive thru. It's ridiculous to not be open during your posted hours of operation. They said it's so they don't get a line. I can understand not letting people get in line after the closing time but it was ten minutes before they close.

My experience here is not good. They said I had no refills but they never bothered to check my file.

Just made the switch to Kroger pharmacy and they were super helpful and amazing. I do not have insurance right now for a small amount of time and the person at the pharmacy was able to help make my prescription affordable! Everyone I interacted with was super friendly. Very glad I made the switch.

I realize that ADD meds are controlled in Ohio. However, at Kroger's, I used to be able to get it 5 days in advance. The first half of last year, I started getting pushed around by the staff here. Since my doctor sends the prescription electronically, I'm able to go and ask the pharmacy staff to start working on it up to 5 days in advance. Last year, they started saying that they couldn't fill it until the date put on the script by m doctor. I got frustrated by this. After a few times of this, the staff member called me out on my frustration. I had one more script at this one, so I got that filled and went to Rite Aid on the other side of town. I'll still shop here because the rest of the staff seem friendly. But my pharmaceutical needs they lost because Rite Aid is more helpful.

Literally closes during everyone's lunch break every day. Why are their employees not on staggered breaks
