Jackson Hewitt stepped up in a way above and beyond normal service. The tax preparer was fantastic, knowledgeable and easy to talk to, helping with late taxes and making the stressful trip pain free and fun. She went beyond her job description, helped get a copy of social security benefits, talked with us, joked with us, and brightened the day. Customers appreciate all her help and plan to come back next time.
