Liked it is family owned. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Very pleased with the Speed Queen washer and dryer. The installation went smoothly. Price was competitive and fair.
I would recommend Franks for any purchases.

My refrigerator stopped cooling last week. I called Frank Sales and they did not have a service appointment open for a few days. Instead of making me wait with no fridge the Owner came and fixed it right away. Great and fast service! Highly recommend buying from Franks!

We had our dishwasher go out and the only place to go was Frank’s. They are always super friendly and patient. They were able to get us the new dishwasher we wanted within the week. Great service and prices.

We absolutely LOVED our experience with Frank's Appliance store. After having all of our questions answered, our decision on which washer to purchase was easy to make and both our check out and delivery were easy and smooth. Fantastic customer service and we will absolutely shop there again the next time we are in need of an appliance.

Shipped toledo area for a dryer. Got run around & price gouging. Walk into Frank's the sales lady was awesome, agreed on price, delivery date in less than a hour. Will buy from them again
