I have never left a Google Review for a business before, but feel obligated to do so here. This is the second awful experience I have had at this pharmacy in the past month, and certainly the most concerning. After picking up multiple prescriptions for a family member, they noticed the next day that description of the pill on the small print of the bottle in no way matched the contents. Turns out it was a higher dosage of the same medication than what was prescribed. The pharmacist present today apologized, saying the error was by “a new pharmacist”, but this is a bad situation that could have been much, much worse. When I asked if I could speak to somebody to file a complaint about this, the pharmacist wrote down the general customer service phone number.

Not friendly staff. Things can never be filled on time or by the times they say. I hate that my insurance goes threw them .2/10 recommended

The staff at the pharmacy are phenomenal especially Mango and John - they have both helped me so much with prescriptions. Which is why I rate this 4 stars it would have been 5 stars if not for what happened today. There was a woman working in pharmacy we hadn’t seen before - she was yelling at a hard of hearing elderly customer and asking him not to raise his voice at her despite his issues with hearing. She also asked if I needed all my prescriptions tonight (only one was ready), when the answer to that question was yes she said they closed in an hour. We simply said okay and didn’t give a hassle, ready to go on with our one med, when she turned to a coworker and said ‘can you fill five scripts in an hour? no we cant.’ Unprompted and unnecessarily unpleasant.

What is with the cashiers here refusing to check you out? Me and my friend stood at the counter for 2 minutes, while the lady just had her back to us. And then she very rudely turned around, acted like we were bothering her, and said “you know there’s a self check out over there.” There was about 3 of us in line and she sent us all to the self check out. Took all of my morals not to just steal my items and walk out! This has happened to me multiple times here.

Went to ER in severe pain at 9am. They sent script immediately to cvs for pain meds. 9hrs later still not filled. They closed at 6pm and I have no pain meds. Taking my business to Walgreens.

Horrendous. I'm required to use this pharmacy because of my insurance and it's been a week without meds because they can't get it together.

If you're in a rush, I would not recommend this location, especially with the drive-in pharmacy. There's always a wait when I come, and the employees, while friendly, seem to forget to watch the window at times. There are two lanes for the drive-thru, but I personally only trust the window. I've heard at the tube station, sometimes the clipboard can get stuck in there, and the process gets a lot more complicated. This location is also hard to transfer prescriptions at. I've heard numerous horror stories about necessary medications getting delayed at this location and pharmacists giving out misinformation about when things will become available. Luckily, the app does seem to be up to date and accurate most of the time.

We had to change pharmacies. The CVS storefront staff have always been kind and helpful, but the Pharmacy is absolutely terrible (and I try not to leave negative reviews unless I think it'll help other people avoid similar issues). It's been over a year since this happened so I can't speak to current conditions, but from other reviews I see on here, I think it's probably still happening. CVS in BG actually lost my husband's really important medications and then blamed it on USPS when it was at their store the entire time. My husband's health was in serious risk and I asked the pharmacist what she planned to do to make sure things like that didn't happen again (I was livid because I had visited there three plus times and been on the phone for hours between USPS and CVS and our doctor trying to figure this all out), and her answer was that "she couldn't control the mailman." ...even though the bag of my husband's meds were sitting right there on their floor for over a week. It takes A LOT to make me angry, but the CVS pharmacist had no difficulty.

Was in a couple days ago to pick up a prescription my Dr sent over. The lady talking to me was overall very rude. She first denied that a prescription was even sent over for me. I told her “my doctor just called me and told me to come here and pick it up because she just got off the phone with someone here” the lady then said, “do you even know what they’re trying to prescribe you?” And I said yes and told her the details (though that was super unnecessary) she said “your prescription is not accurate and we won’t fill it until we get a new one” so if that was the case why did she tell me there was no prescription under my name? I plan to call my doctor again on Monday, as they were closed when this interaction happened, explain the situation and ask them to send the prescription to a better pharmacy. Save your time and your heartache and go somewhere else.Update: I called my doctor today (Monday 6/5) and had them send the prescription to Kroger instead. Kroger accepted the prescription without and changes to the scrip or hoops to jump through (unlike cvs) and they informed me it will be ready for pickup tomorrow! Highly recommend Kroger, they were awesome and friendly.

Wish I could put a negative review, Very rude. And not helpful at all. Went to get a prescription filled and tried doing over the phone and said we couldn’t. As soon as we got there we were told it wouldn’t be ready till morning. We drove 6 hours from Michigan because the hospital wouldn’t call it in for us. It was meds we needed for someone who just had surgery and was no help. They told us “go somewhere that is open later” we went to rite aid instead and they were very helpful! Highly recommend not going to CVS. No help and VERY rude right from the beginning.

They’ve always tried to be helpful they seem over worked at times and heard people get rude with them like they don’t have any customers. I appreciate what they’ve done for me.
