This was our second time we used Organ Collision for repair work and we will keep using them. They did a flawless paint job in a timely manner. I was planning on getting an aftermarket part, but they found an OEM part for the same price. They also fixed another issue and didn't charge me. I am very happy with their work. My mother was told her brake pads were on “upside down†and that she needed a full brake job to fix the “problemâ€. An insult to her intelligence and scam at the least.

Not satisfied with their work. Quoted several panels of a van along with work and paint but apparently I did not pay extra to get the paint matched, which I discovered after the fact?? Not happy that was not something explained as they did paint the panels, just not to a matched color. I DID expect they would have reviewed what the outcome would be as I want my vehicle fixed and your work/job is fixing. You know what goes into it as the customer, I do not.

One time I was sure all my rotors were shot, told them. They could have just replaced them all and they told me I actually didn't need back rotors. That really made an impression on me. They're an honest family company. I always recommend them to anyone, and are my first choice. Thank you Lyric!
