“I am always impressed at the pharmacy department at Rite Aid. They are always professional and very knowledgeable and upbeat. I have never had to wait very long and they act like they enjoy their job because they do. There is no other place in Bowling Green where I Would have my prescriptions filled. You can tell they have great hiring practices for all of their people.”

“Great customer service. The workers and owner were very kind. My car broke down near the store and a worker helped push me to a parking spot. The owner let me park my car overnight in their lot. It looked like they had a wide variety of items in their store from energy drinks to nicotine, they had it all.”

“It was a bit crowded but that means business is good.A decent number of pumps. Convenient location near interstate 75. A bit annoying to get to from the highway but easy enough to get back on to North it South bound.Pretty much all there is to say.”

“Store is well stocked, bathrooms are what you can expect from gas station bathrooms (pretty dirty). Register service is pretty fast but if it is busy they only have 2 registers, a self serve and a regular register, and they get pretty congested. Additionally, the self serve scans your items when you put them on the counter, instead of you scanning the barcode, which is a cool idea except it doesn't always work great and if you have a lot of items you may not be able to fit them all on the counter which takes even more time. Polar pop machine is usually in working order but often when they run out of iced tea flavors, they are out for months.”

“Helpful, friendly staff! I was greeted immediately upon entering the store. I had my children with me and the employees working were all so happy and outgoing. I was assisted with everything I was looking for, we are from out of town and weren’t familiar with the store. Very pleasant experience!”

“Blonde woman who works nights is terrible at her job. Always makes sure to take as long as possible before helping me even if I am the only customer, and is generally mean every time she talks to me. All other employees are outstanding. I cannot be alone in my opinion of this woman. This is not about personal beef. This is about a woman being so bad at her job that she is risking the health of her own customers. She purposely makes people she doesn't like wait up to 5 minutesper person by having a conversation with others in line before cashing them out. She is allowing lines of up to 15 people in a very small space. That woman needs to be held to a higher standard, in order to ensure the well being and safety of the BG community.”

“The staff at the pharmacy are phenomenal especially Mango and John - they have both helped me so much with prescriptions. Which is why I rate this 4 stars it would have been 5 stars if not for what happened today. There was a woman working in pharmacy we hadn’t seen before - she was yelling at a hard of hearing elderly customer and asking him not to raise his voice at her despite his issues with hearing. She also asked if I needed all my prescriptions tonight (only one was ready), when the answer to that question was yes she said they closed in an hour. We simply said okay and didn’t give a hassle, ready to go on with our one med, when she turned to a coworker and said ‘can you fill five scripts in an hour? no we cant.’ Unprompted and unnecessarily unpleasant.”
