“Really good customer service and good prices. I’ve been here twice so far. The first time I had an issue with my brakes and they replaced all of my brakes for a fairly low price (lower than you can get at other places) and had my car back to me the same day. They also give nice student discounts. The second time I was here for some noises I was hearing near the front of my car they checked it out to find out it was just a rock in my tire and they charged me nothing. Overall probably the best service you can get in town and the team is very personable and helpful.”

“Finally decided to put on new tires today. I did do price matching, and they were very competitive.With their surrounding competitors. I then called them and they had the exact tire I was looking for. I wanted to make an appointment and he said it wasn't necessary to come on in. I showed up thirty minutes later, and they got me in right away and it only took them an hour to change all the tires and do an alignment. Very satisfied with the service and the salesman. Now I got another car to do and i'm pretty sure I will go to them.”
“I reviewed Thayer Toyota in Bowling Green three years ago as having great customer service. I decided that after three more years of excellence, I needed to revisit and update my review. I want to mention the apparent competence of the unseen and thus unidentified mechanics who've done excellent work over the years on my automobile (that is now a senior citizen like me), but I especially want to praise the front-line guys with whom I speak to make my appointment and who discuss with me and coordinate my car's inspection and work to be performed. Tom and Brian are among the nicest people I do business with, and I actually enjoy our interactions.
