It was very nice, it was a fundraiser for school trip. They provided their venue for it. It was clean very well maintained. It was a big room & we needed it! Overall just a very nice venue. Could be very fancy or very comfortable! We had comfortable!!

Our business has a children's Christmas party at this location. The place was exceptionally clean and orderly. Staffing was amazing and catering was great. There is definitely large enough to hold at least 250 people. It was decorated beautifully, The atmosphere was inviting and the set up was very appealing. Great for receptions, events, and gatherings. Plenty of parking and handicap accessible. Overall an excellent place to hold any type of event!!!!

I cannot say enough good things about The Palazzo. It is absolutely beautiful and the staff and bartenders were amazing. Taylor was incredibly helpful and available to answer any questions and help us personalize our wedding experience. The food was delicious, and the drinks were even better (especially the summer punch). Everything overall was absolutely amazing. If you’re looking for a venue in the area I would highly recommend them!

Awesome venue! Would 110% recommend to anyone! Staff were amazing super helpful and kind! Great moral. Taylor is awesome and willing to be there and work with you no matter what! The staff definitely made my day wonderful!!

We were there for the CASA Dancing with the stars event. We had a great time with friends and the dancing was awesome. The place is set up great for weddings and other events.

The Palazzo is a wonderful venue to hold your special event. Taylor and the entire staff made our birthday party celebration, with over 75 guests, a memorable one! The buffet dinner was delicious, the staff so polite and efficient! Botkins is fortunate to have such a lovely facility!!!

Went to a wedding here this summer. The setup was super nice, and I love that they have an extra bar, even if it was only utilized for snacks. But the venue held quite a good amount of people (maybe 150+).There's not a lot of options in the area, but it was nice! Food was delicious, drinks were good. Bathrooms are smallish, and not really anywhere for a baby change if needed. Outside had a nice patio as well. There was a live band on the stage but it didn't feel overly loud or cramped, which was nice. Lots of parking and even close spots for the vip's.

The Palazzo is a great hall for a wedding reception or any other type of event! Taylor was easy and great to work with. The food was very delicious and I had multiple people giving compliments on how good it was! They have their own liquor and catering license so that was one less thing I had to worry about preparing for the big day. Once the night was over, they did all the cleaning and packing up extra food so our parents, my husband, and I could enjoy the night and not have to dread cleaning afterwards - we just had to show the next day to pick up what was left at the hall, such as food, decorations, etc. Taylor helped everything run so smoothly the day of. I could not have asked for better help! Definitely recommend them!!

The Palazzo is a great place to have your wedding reception! It was able to accommodate all of our guests, the hall looked amazing, and the food was delicious! Taylor and the entire staff were awesome to work with and answered all of our questions really quickly. We loved having our wedding here and would recommend to anyone looking for a hall!

The Palazzo is an absolutely gorgeous venue, and the owners / staff are exceptional. They go above and beyond to meet every expectation, and even suggest some services to make your special day over the top. I am so blessed to have celebrated the happiest day of my life thus far there. 10/10 recommend !
