When it was time to sell my home of 15 years, I knew that how it looked would play a huge role in the sale. I considered attempting to stage the home myself, but I did not really have the time, furniture, or skills to do so. A brief search online told me that empty homes sell for less and take longer to sell. I decided it made more sense to pay a little extra upfront to get possibly better results. I found Ask Amy Staging online and was thankful for all the images that were provided to show how they staged homes. They offered a very reasonable price for absolutely beautiful work. They also ensured everything was timed perfectly in that they staged quickly as our realtor was having professional shots done. When I walked into my newly staged home, I barely recognized the place! It looked absolutely beautiful! The day the home hit the market, we had 12 showings which I am quite sure had a lot to do with how great the pictures were on the listing. We had 3 offers the first day and were under contract by the second day. The house sold for $19,000 over asking price. I believe without a doubt that the work Ask Amy Staging did easily paid for itself with the offer we received. I will certainly be giving them a call when it is time to sell again. If you are considering whether or not you should go ahead and take the plunge for staging with Ask Amy Home Furnishings, the answer is 100% yes.

I am an over the road truck driver, and delivered here earlier this summer (maybe even late this past spring; I go so many places time just runs together). These folks were my last stop on my load and they had the most stuff that was coming off my 53’ trailer. I showed up almost 2 hours early, and was greeted by nothing but smiling faces. Everyone, and I mean every single person at this facility put whatever they were doing on hold and came together as a team and we unloaded my trailer piece by piece. They are such caring people and care about everyone that comes through their door. I wish every place I delivered to had a team like this. It was amazing to see them all come together and work like a well oiled machine. I thought about these folks the entire day that day, their awesomeness just blew my mind. I would highly recommend anyone come here for their furniture needs. If I lived anywhere close to Ohio I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my furniture needs taken care of. Ask Amy Staging is a great local business! I have been to the store several times and love to see their new products. I am so happy to have Ask Amy Staging as a part of our community. I have been in the store numerous times to always be greeted with friendly people eager to help with any project. I have also purchased items from them and have been very pleased with my purchases. I would definitely encourage anyone looking for decorating help to check them out. Amy has a gift for this!

Ask Amy Staging is wonderful. Amy and her staff have an eye for detail. They think about things that home buyers look at that I would not ever think about. After a consultation with Ask Amy Staging and implementing our "to do" list our house sold within the next 4 or so months (our house had been on the market - one and off for over a year). It was well worth the investment and I totally recommend Ask Amy Staging.
