Excellent parts lead. Putting new knives on my NH bailer and the parts leader helped me through where some things go after research on his part. He knew what he was talking about. The interesting thing about it all, I bought the kits closer to my residence and not there. What a great business philosophy.

Always willing to do. the little extras and give information to get you up and going .almost always have the parts I need. Friendly and always willing to answer questions

Some of the mechanics are grumpy and they didn't return the equipment clean after repair. Greasy hand prints everywhere. They Tore out the wiring for my back up camera and didn't put it back so I had to do it. Repairs were pretty quick tho.
