“I always enjoy my trips to the Costco in Boston Heights. The atmosphere is consistently pleasant and welcoming. The store is well-organized, making it easy to find what I need.
One of the things I appreciate most about this location is the excellent customer service. The employees are always friendly and helpful. I've had to return items several times, and the process has always been hassle-free. Costco's return policy is generous, and the staff is accommodating.
Whether you're looking for groceries, electronics, or household items, I highly recommend checking out the Costco in Boston Heights. It's a great place to shop!”
“I have worked through Gary here several times and I can honestly say the service that is provided by this small business is superior to any I have used. I have worked with many businesses around town, but these guys are great. They understand what is needed and they do it not only with a smile and a handshake, but with the utmost integrity. They have several times, saved a good deal of cost on jobs that are often over priced, but they do not take shortcuts. They give you the straight story and tell you your options and work with you to get it done. If you are not using these guys you are missing out. Service like theirs is what keeps people talking and brings them back and I fully intend to continue to give this local small business all the business I can.

“Steve is the man! He has worked on my ‘79 B and my brothers ‘75 Stingray. Both went in on flatbeds, but he was able to identify the problems quickly and have both cars back out the door in record time running great. Not only was his turnaround great, but he’s honest about his time and the problems with the vehicle. No over diagnosing, and no up charging, he just fixes the problems and sends you on your way. “Recently came here to grab some energy drinks before heading to the in laws. This place is a beautiful, charming gas station with a beautiful Ohio charm. Maintains nostalgia on the outside but it's a typical gas station on the inside. The cashier was really fun to chat with and is a great comedian. Wouldn't mind coming back here”

“When we passed by RockStop Gas, the gas was 22 cents cheaper then anyone else. We decided to stop on our way going home. Gas was then the same price as everyone else. We still got gas and decided to get a car wash. My washes are free. By the time we got to the front of the line, the car wash was broke. The lady who was working in the gas station was wonderful. Tried to help in every way. Next time we will go there first. The place is also clean. This station is on Northfield. RITA CARROLL”

“This is a nice gas station. I went here and was satisfied with my experience. I drove up to this gas station, quickly found a pump, put some gas in my car, and left. This gas station has eight pumps, four near the entrance on Broadway and another four near the entrance on Rockside, and the convenience store is between the two. There’s also a car wash next to the gas station that you can enter via Rockside Rd or through the gas station pavement. I gave this gas station five stars because it’s in a great location and because it’s convenient how it pumps near both of its entrances onto two large roads.”

“DIAMOND… drove past three gas stations to come see you! You’re lively and fun and there’s always a festive vibe; but wait… NO MUSIC!!! Apparently you received some hate mail? Let it not be! Perhaps some songs should be deleted from the work playlist, but bring back the music! REPEAT, I drove by three gas stations just to come see you! And my daughter mentioned on the way just how fun & fierce you are.
? Management needs to make an adjustment and give you a pay raise. You add fire and character to this location… I drove ten minutes out of my way in hopes of seeing our friendly neighborhood clerk. The same people who complain probably have friends that match them and live a life of zero inclusion and diversity.”

All the other Redbulls are not sugar free & yet they all come in all different sizes. I end up going out of my way to another gas station to get my Redbull.”
