“My wife and I returned some Amazon items at Kohls, Bainbridge, Ohio (Store 0486), on Jamuary 6, 2024.Very convenient and FREE way to return goods to Amazon. We then each found a pair of Skechers, and some gift cards, and were fortunate to have a very lovely lady associate named Alicia assist us at checkout. She was very kind and patient (we are both in our very late 70's and had not shopped at Kohls for a long time). Alicia went above and beyond to make sure we felt appreciated, and received our Kohls rewards, our Amazon returns discount, and our Kohls cash.While shopping, we were greatly helped by a male store manager, who found the exact gift cards we were looking for, but had overlooked. We also were very ably assisted by friendly lady associates, Debra, as well as another fine lady associate, whose name we regrettably do not remember.We will be certain to make Kohls Bainbridge our go-to brick and mortar store, because they value and emphasize excellent Customer Service.”

“I recently shopped at The Kohl’s store in Macedonia. I was treated very well by the service clerk when I was making a return; she was easy to talk to and I enjoyed a good chuckle with her. Then I did a little shopping and the checkouts were all busy so the line was very long. Another cashier opened up and the line moved quickly. My cashier was very pleasant. I highly recommend the Macedonia Kohl’s Store for a carefree and positive experience.”

“Large store with great selection on many home decor stuff. We were there looking for a mirror and a vase but unfortunately didn't see anything we like (very few vase actually). However, the store was very clean and fun to look around. We ended up buying a stunning garden decoration piece. Will likely return.”

"So away we went.My husband is very picky about his jeans.He doesn't want anything to do with the "worn look",So we had to go with LeeRiders. $ 44, buy one, get one Half off.So he got 2 pair for $66.There are a lot of good sales going on now.My husband also got a new pair of slippers onsale.”

“As a full-time student, I don't have a ton of time for shopping. I love the drive-up/pickup options at this location! Not to mention the staff- i've never had a bad interaction with any employee at this location. one of the drive up team members had 3+ orders on her cart when she brought out my drive up order, and still maintained a positive attitude while handing me my bag. I wish I caught her name so i could give her a shout out, but she was great. :)”
“I typically don't leave reviews but this last expirience was one I thought I'd share. We ordered a couch from here and we're to get next day delivery. On the day of delivery we were informed they only had two right sides of the couch ( instead of a left and a right). Unfortunate given the man working said he double checked for us. We get a refund instead of waiting for next delivery and order a new couch. We went with next day delivery again through their 3rd party delivery service ( paying more). This whole process was a mess and long story short would not be delivered as for many other customers.Through this whole process of getting frusturated and bad news again and again, the manager Sam, had worked with us and tried her best to give us the best solution possible. We appreciated the help during this frusturating time for both parties.”

“Store is always in good condition and easy to find items (looking at the app will tell you the aisle), and I manage to get through checkout fairly quick. But their curbside needs work. I get the alerts to come and get my stuff (text, email and call) 2 days in a row, I go up to pick up and it's not ready. They can't find my Xmas tree order!! I tried calling and no one answers. Day 4, I finally get an answer (after trying to cancel the order) and they found it!! Also, When i picked up groceries and informed her I forgot my coupons, should I go get and come back or can I redeem later with my receipt, I was given the wrong info. I came back with receipt and coupons and customer service said no....I can only redeem at time of pickup. $13 in coupons unused.”

“As a person that visits this Costco and observes much more positives than negatives. Just remember, with negative reviews there are two sides to every story and details that aren’t told. It’s totally unfair. I have personally witnessed some instances where the shopper was rude to the employees right in front of my eyes and made false claims. Decide for yourself!”
