“I always enjoy my trips to the Costco in Boston Heights. The atmosphere is consistently pleasant and welcoming. The store is well-organized, making it easy to find what I need.
One of the things I appreciate most about this location is the excellent customer service. The employees are always friendly and helpful. I've had to return items several times, and the process has always been hassle-free. Costco's return policy is generous, and the staff is accommodating.

“Love this store and also the food variety they have inside as well. It's obviously mostly home goods. There is also a small area for the food. They always have teas, coffees, preserves, some spice blends, and interesting noodles.”
“I was very impressed with the selection at this Kohl's. The racks were full, wide variety of styles and sizes. Very clean. All prices and promotions were labeled clearly. The store was full of other shoppers and very friendly associates. The prices were higher than I thought they would be, but I will definitely be back!”

“There aren't enough stars to rate this place! You could decorate an entire house, (from entirely empty) every room, from this store. This is another one of those stores where if you see something you like you'd better get it because it will be GONE when you come back for it later. Their pet section is better than some of the big pet stores in regard to certain items. There are lots of name brands and even some exclusive luxury designer items as well. The selection is unbeatable. The price point is amazing!”

“I have been to this store every week since I found this location. Clothing for growing boys can be expensive.....but not here! I have gotten name brand clothing at close-out prices. My dollar has been thoroughly stretched. I was also able to find something for my future son in law for his upcoming birthday and even a few things for myself.....ALL NAME BRANDS! If you see something, get it, because it won't be there when you go back (I learned the hard way). They have more than clothes, but clothes were my focus these past few visits.”
“As a full-time student, I don't have a ton of time for shopping. I love the drive-up/pickup options at this location! Not to mention the staff- i've never had a bad interaction with any employee at this location. one of the drive up team members had 3+ orders on her cart when she brought out my drive up order, and still maintained a positive attitude while handing me my bag. I wish I caught her name so i could give her a shout out, but she was great. :)”
“I called this location today to find a sweatshirt I looked everywhere for. I was literally dying to have it! Chesiree answered the phone in a very joyful way as asked how she could help me. I described the sweatshirt to her and she put me on hold and searched high and low for it. She came back and told me she found it as if she won the lotto! She was so kind and so helpful!! I am so thankful for her and her kindness. When I got to the store to pick it up, she was so excited to give it to me!! At this point I just wanted to hug her! I love you, Chesiree! You have made my weekend!!! Your store is so lucky to have you!!!”

“When you have nothing better to do and you need a little entertainment in your life head on down to the Fairlawn Walmart, you can even enjoy a Subway sandwich while you watch Looney Larry and his drunk girlfriend argue who's gonna pay for groceries, or if you're in the mood for action you might get lucky and see a Fairlawn police officer close-line a thief trying to make it out the front door with a subwoofer and some knock-off Jordans. “Can’t say enough good things about this store. Clean, well organized, with helpful, knowledgeable staff. When I had a nosebleed in the store, staff jumped to my assistance without hesitation, finding a chair and rolls of paper towels. They stood by to make sure I was ok. I also want to give a big shout out to other shoppers, who showed concern and tried to help. This is by far the best Costco in any area we’ve shopped in.”
