Was here today at 5:30pm. Just wanted to talk to a stylist about when she could cut hair. It clearly says they close at 7pm. No one was here. Not a note on Door for today. Was very disappointed in this place. A note on the door would've made me understand. But none. They have one for the 8th but couldn't put one on for today being gone way early? Crazy.

Customer service is horrible . Appointment was at 4:20 showed up at 4:24 got out of work a couple minutes late. Appointment was for a wax. Couldn't do my lip because I was 4 minutes late. Lady was extremely rude. Will NEVER go back

I recently had my hair done for the first time by Ranita. I struggled to articulate what I wanted (highlights), but Ranita took the time to listen in a way that was super nice, considerate, helpful, and professional.
