Had a great experience with a luxury trailer rental from CLP. THEY helped me schedule the rental and was very professional and knowledgeable. Our delivery driver was very kind when making the delivery on the day of our event. They made sure everything was set and ready to go. Dealing with this company was a great experience and I will use them again without a doubt. Thanks CLP you are #1 for #2s. THE Best party poopers in town.

They made everything so easy renting a Luxury Trailer for our most recent party/event. They are the real “MV-Pee’s” when it comes to all your restrooms needs! We will definitely use this company in the future.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I called to cancel a porter-pot delivery over 48 hours from the event & they would not give me my money back when I had to cancel due to plans changing due to weather. was told cancellation policy is 24 hours before delivery and I was under the impression it would be delivered a day before the event because that is what Karen said but when I tried to cancel on Friday (2 days before event on Sunday) they said i would have had to cancel Thursday because they don't deliver weekends. Well when I told Karen the event was Sunday when I booked. you would think she would have clarified things and not tell me it will be delivered 1 day before event because to me, that meant Saturday! So much miscommunication & lack of communication on her end and then they weren't even willing to give me half a refund when it was never even delivered- again I called 2 days before the event. They do not care about their customers only money. Ask to speak to manager and called him back left a message and never heard back. Very disappointed in how they ignored this issue and stole my money.

Excellent customer service! I’ve used CLP for my Fiber Arts Festival in Uhrichsville for two years now and the process has been perfect and smooth both times. This super reliable company shows up when they are supposed to and everything is uncomplicated. Drivers and person answering the phone have always been great to talk to. Highly recommend this company and will continue to use their services for my events.

CLP has been servicing our Porta-Jon at the Towpath Trail Peace Park campsites and has done a great job!They've been available whenever I've had to call after a busy weekend or to schedule a cleaning to prepare for a busy holiday weekend.The quality of their work is reflected within our hipcamp reviews and I'm amazed at how many people include comments about the cleanliness of our Porta-Jon!I highly recommend CLP!
