In person: Love the store! Really love the pharmacy!!
THE APP IS TERRIBLE (very little pharmacy information about prescriptions the dosage information no dates of History refills no ways to leave a message for pharmacy, you'll receive emails text and information about the same medication and prescription order but I'll say different information about the status and more)

The pharmacy is so slow at there job it toke me a whole hour to get to the window people where even beeping to move faster thts ridiculous like itz not Time to talk to the customers hurry the hell up

Absolutely horrid Walgreens. By far the worst location I've ever experienced. They never have prescriptions ready, even next day. It's always some lame excuse too, usually blaming their "computer system." They have no accountability for their terrible service and show no desire to change. I'm done with this location and probably Walgreens all together. CVS is next door. Go there instead.

Why are they so unfriendly at this location lol. I guess according to the other reviews, this is quite a common occurrence. There are a few great workers tho, and some that have left whom I miss!

Horrible customer service. Slow and unfriendly. Push the button come back, still talking about their Christmas vacation. How the Christmas party was lame and they didn’t like anybody there. They just went there because the boss invited them. Looked at me like I was bothering them. Then was asked about who hit the button to get their attention. The lady nods my way, says him for a couple pictures said it real snotty with an attitude. This is the first time I went to the one in Boardman. I usually shop in my hometown Walgreens, Poland, Ohio. I will not be back.

Waited over 1 hr to get thru for pharmacy then hung up. This really is unbelievable. Please hire more help for this store. The few people on staff can not handle the work load. The store is losing customer. You can't expect 3 people to run a store this size and location. Terrible.

This is the worst pharmacy. Scheduled vaccines on their website at an available time. waited an hour with two kids before being called back and they had only prepared one vaccine not both that I registered for. When I pointed that out to the pharmacist he told me I would have a significant wait again and just come back another time because they are busy.

I go here almost everyday 2 buy cigarettes the cheapest around here. Go figure right. The staff is all ways pretty cool.

I have been trying to get my son's medication filled and for over a month nothing. I was also told that the medication was in-stock so I don't understand why wasn't it filled. Top of all that they are slow and they honestly don't know what they are doing and poor customer service.
